Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Gameplay Revealed | The Game Awards 2021
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League proves that the titular band of misfits aren’t messing around, with the first gameplay reveal coming courtesy of The Game Awards 2021.
Taking on a Brainiac-controlled Barry Allen, this gameplay debut features Harley Quinn, King Shark, Deadshot and Captain Boomerang in a fast-paced, all-action, battle against The Flash as well as hordes of purple-hued monstrosities.
The latest Rocksteady-developed addition to the Arkham-verse, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League takes on a much lighter tone than the London developers’ Batman titles, with enough frantic action to match. Available to play in single-player or co-operative multiplayer, there’s more than a hint of Insomniac’s Sunset Overdrive inspiration in this new clip (which is no bad thing) as the four anti-heroes combine their efforts to amplify the already over the top action.
The Flash won’t be the only DC hero that Task Force X will be sent after, as it appears Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman — who has a game of her own coming soon too! — and the rest of the Justice League will be fair game before the team gets to battle Brainiac himself.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League was originally announced at E3 2021 and the game will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC in 2022.
