The generally well-liked Metroidvania-styled game Cathedral will be coming to the Nintendo Switch later this year.
The game, which originally launched in October 2019 on Steam, will be available on the Nintendo eShop for £11.99 / $14.99 when it launches at an undisclosed date later this year according to developer Decemberborn Interactive.
In Cathedral, you take control of a nameless knight who wakes up in a world without any recollection of your past. Over the course of the game, you’ll need to fight your way through 600 rooms that are all lovingly rendered with an 8-bit art style all while collecting items that will allow you to further explore the game.
“Cathedral has been a labour of love for us and we’re extremely excited to be able to partner with Elden Pixels to bring it to Nintendo Switch,” said Eric Lavesson of Decemberborn Interactive.
