Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War and Warzone Season 4 got their debut trailers during the Summer Games Fest kickoff show.
Discussing the new season with Geoff Keighley during the presentation, Call of Duty GM Johanna Faries claimed that Season 4 would be “jam packed” with content. New maps, new weapons, new playable operators, additional Zombies content and more.
The trailer (above) also confirmed the return of Hijacked — a fan favourite map from Black Ops II — as a 6 vs 6 multiplayer map in Cold War. There’s also a tease at the very end, but it’s hard to make out exactly what it is.
Changes to Warzone are also inbound. As you might expect, the recently retrofied Verdansk map isn’t changing much. However, something big has definitely crash-landed and wreckage appears strewn across the map.
The new season for both Cold War and Warzone will begin on June 17th.
