Game Pass was a huge talking point for Microsoft during their annual E3 briefing. Who can blame them? It’s one of the best — if not the best — examples of a game service around. And now it’s going Ultimate.
Bundling the already excellent Game Pass with Xbox Live Gold and the recently announced Xbox Game Pass for PC — Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the service for the Xbox fan who wants it all.
Announced last month, Xbox GamePass for PC — clunky name and all — is available in beta right now. For those who don’t know, it’s an entirely different service from its console counterpart and requires a separate subscription. PC specific games are the reason, with Football Manager 2019 available on the service at launch alongside the likes of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, which will make its PC debut starting with Halo: Reach.
Xbox GamePass Ultimate can be purchased right now for £10.99 ($14.99 USD) or £1 / $1 as an E3 2019 special offer.
