Elden Ring is the brand new game from the minds of Dark Souls director Hidetaka Miyazaki and Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin. A brief trailer for the new game, developed by FromSoftware and published by Namco Bandai, was shown off at the Xbox E3 Press Conference on Sunday.

All we got was an announcement trailer; just something to give us a glimpse at the world and tell us the title. Still, it’s enough to draw in fans of all things brutally punishing, like Sekiro and Game of Thrones Season 8.

You can watch the trailer here.

Unfortunately, as reported by Kotaku prior to the conference, Elden Ring was one of three games alongside Ni No Kuni Remastered and Tales of Arise, which were leaked earlier this week.
