Min Min joins the fight as the latest DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The ARMS fighter joins an already huge roster of characters in the popular Nintendo Switch game next week — June 29th to be exact!
Debuting on Monday, during a stream hosted by Smash Bros. creator Masahiro Sakurai, we got a chance to see Min Min in action. Keeping enemies at ARMS length (sorry!), Min Min is naturally a long-range fighter. Her spring-loaded ARMS have a variety of attachments to vary up attacks and she can keep multiple enemies at bay by sending each arm in different directions. Min Min’s jump will also launch her into the blast zone from the ground, but can also be used to hook and slam enemies when used mid-air.
Min Min wasn’t the only thing on display here as Mr. Sakurai also showcased a new DLC stage, Spring Stadium, alongside a variety of new Mii Fighter costumes. The new costumes feature characters from ARMS, of course, as well as Tekken and a Fallout Vault Boy — the latter of which looks really cool.
Min Min will be automatically available to Smash Bros. Ultimate players on June 29th, provided they have the second fighter’s pass. The character will also be available to purchase separately.
